| Every Individual, team or organization
is born with a purpose and a process. The challenges
of growth and the constantly changing world often
tend to distract one from the real purpose and process.
The fundamental need today is to realign the two,
to enable the individual, teams and organizations
to optimize the resolve to achieve their vision
(which is the purpose), without having to compromise
on their values (which is the process).
In the process of realigning the purpose and
the process, the usual approach taken by most
organizational development initiatives is to focus
on the symptoms rather than the causes of the
issue. What is seldom understood is that as long
as the focus is on the symptoms and not the causes,
no real change is possible. We at Arpitha believe
in working with causes, rather than symptoms and
in the process bring about deep, meaningful and
lasting change.
Arpitha’s philosophy rests on the three
trunks of Vision, Values and Learning as the corner
stones in the journey towards Excellence. Over
the last two decades, we have focused on setting
a school of thought in this journey through a
deeper understanding of self. To stay focused
on ones purpose and gain clarity on the process
would demand that each of us remain a learner
all through our life and never let ‘knowing’
stop us from knowing further.
The concept
In achieving Excellence; Vision, Values and Learning
become the corner stones in any kind of evolution.
When these corner stones are connected appropriately
with Clarity, Conviction, Innovation, Focus, Farsightedness
and Alignment, the following are the outcomes
in anything one does: Quality, Value addition,
Leadership and Evolution. The concept is presented
below through our model. Organizations while attempting
to foster a culture of excellence should focus
on building its leadership on a strong foundation.
Doing so would result in nurturing an organization
that would provide leadership in every dimension
of its existence
