Jeffrey Yeoh Guat Beng is a Malaysian Businessman with interest
in property development, construction, public transportation
and health care products. Trained as an Interior Designer, but
always looking at things that could add value, he came in contact
with like minded people like Sampath and Yazdi. Henceforth he
has taken the bold initiative as co-founder of Arpitha Associates
(M) Sdn.Bhd. in Malaysia and Singapore.
His views are simple. Anything that is good must be set in
motion in both words and deeds. We have innumerable immediate
and social responsibilities towards family, friends and society
at large and there is always something or someone out there
that needs our attention. Finding the will and the means has
always been man's creative journey.
The focus is not only on doing the right things at the right
time, but more importantly doing it with the right people,
right effort and right intentions. It is only what we do,
that will brings about a process of self learning, clarify
our values constantly and provide a cultured mindset for the
next generation - Our children.
With the onset of globalization, need for high accountability
and corporate governance, it is imperative that clarification
of our values is inculcated from young. These core values
will in turn form the social fabric in our home, workplace
and country.
It is his heartfelt and sincere wish that what is imparted
through Arpitha will progressively make many individuals realize
that simple steps towards a positive understanding of change
and the interdependency of our values will set about making
their lives and the lives they touch more meaningful. In turn
these realizations will greatly contribute towards enhancing
growth, foster a sense of belongingness and also bring better
productivity at work.
